* Creating your cake topper
We will take the text and the font you've selected and create the cake topper for you. After that, we will send you a proof for review before we make it. You will need to approve the proof before we make your cake topper - so we ensure you get exactly what you want!
After approval, we will make your cake topper and get it in the post within 5 business days at the latest - but generally we ship them the next business day.
* Colours
We have a wide range of colours for cake toppers. We use only acrylic or wood in our cake toppers. Please see the image for the full list of colours.
* Sizing
Our standard size is up to 18cm wide and 25cm tall, including the stake. The final size may be different depending on how it all fits together. This fits the most common 8" cake size. However, we can easily scale it down to fit your cake better - for example if you have a 6" cake or 6" top tier on the cake.
The proof we send through shows the exact sizes of the cake topper. If you receive it and it's not the right size, please let us know and we can replace it for you!
* Lead time
After you place your order, we will send out a proof for your approval within 3 days - but generally within 24 hours.
After you approve the artwork, most cake toppers go out the next business day where we can. In some cases it may take up to 5 business days to post out, but this is rare.
Jarrah and Blackbutt cake toppers take an extra day before shipping to allow the oil to cure properly.

Our standard free shipping is via untracked letter post . This takes 2-6 business days, as we post from Perth. If you would like tracked shipping, please select the flat rate shipping during checkout which costs an additional $10.
If you would like express post, please get in touch. The express post is only $10, but please contact us to make sure we can have it ready in time for your event.
All cake toppers are shipped in a special cardboard insert cut to fit that cake topper exactly. Should you happen to receive a broken cake topper (extremely rare!) we will replace it at no cost, and upgrade the shipping to ensure you have it in time for your event.
