TASSEL OPTIONS:
** Tassel Tails are DIY Kits. The tassels/fringe come pre-cut - all you need to do is twist the paper to make loops at the top. The entire tail will take about an hour to assemble, so please plan ahead.
Tassel tail comes with 16 (sixteen) tassels, shown in images above.
We will add the tassel tail colors of your choice. If you would like the balloon only with no tail, select the "No Tassel Tail" option. We can also make a custom color tassel tail for you.
