Valentine Bridal Shower Ideas

Valentine Bridal Shower Decors

Could there be a more perfect timing for a bridal shower than around Valentine’s Day? Let the most romantic day of the year pose as the ultimate party atmosphere for the future bride’s celebration, and definitely don’t go sparingly on all the love and hearts you can get into décor, food, and favors! Whether you’re having them done or doing them yourself, you can’t go wrong with heart-shaped invitations and RSVP cards, either.

Rose petals, twinkle fairy lights, and heart shaped garland are only the start of decorations when it comes to setting up the best Valentine bridal shower. Pink table cloths adorned with glittery heart confetti, giant heart shaped balloons in all colors of the rainbow, and chalkboards showcasing the greatest of love quotes from history come together to create this beyond whimsical ambience. Fill giant martini glasses with heart-shaped macaroons, and create little burlap bag favors full of those classic colorful conversation hearts. Put together a fabulous photo booth with all the best silly Valentine props, and for favors, set up a station in which guests can create their own keepsake flute or wine glass. Glue, glitter, and paint makes for the most fun time, while inciting lots of laughter and interaction. Of course, don’t forget a beautiful guestbook that the bride-to-be can keep herself to remind her of the amazing bridal shower she had.

Rose and Lavender Bridal Shower

This exquisite Rose and Lavender Bridal Shower was expertly designed by Oh Feri – Party and Event Styling. Using a perfect blend of floral displays and soft, pastel tones, the theme had an elegant and warm styling that was certain to please the guests.

With lots of lavender and a pinch of rose, the theme colors were beautifully blended to create a stunning look throughout the well-lighted venue space.

At the back of the dessert table a modern, customized graphic advertised the theme perfectly with a golden border.  In front of the graphic a table covered in white made a beautiful stage for all of the desserts.

For this special event, three fabulous cakes were created and set at the back of the table to give visually stunning effect. Each one was several layers and intricately detailed to add to the elegance of the celebration. Flower bouquets stood on each end of the table in soft lavender, rose and cream tones in fantastic tall vases.

At the front of the table miniature cupcakes were perfectly frosted  along side other tasty treats including cookies of course.  Even frosted pretzels were frosted to blend with the theme.

Pudding in cups had frosting on top for a fun look and a tray of each was placed on both sides of the table, ensuring easy access for the guests to just grab and go. An adorable chocolate covered treat tree was created looking absolutely decadent and had roses incorporated too. Miniature cakes were frosted in rose and topped with cute flower blooms. Even the trays used went perfectly with the theme in white.

From top to bottom, this event was a spectacular success, the mixture of pastels and floral arrangements made a lovely and inviting atmosphere for the guests. Even the cakes showcased florals with toppers of fantastic lavender and rose blooms.

Anchors Away Nautical Bridal Shower

With Alli behind the wheel, this Anchors Away Nautical Bridal Shower was a fantastic celebration of two special people getting ready for nuptials! Adding a twist to the classic Nautical themes, this one had blush incorporated into the colors to give it a softer look. With the happy couple planning their wedding on a yacht, this Nautical idea was a perfect option for a get-together.

The venue used was a lovely home, creating a cozy and comfortable vibe that the guests were sure to appreciate. In the main area, a large fireplace dominated with a fantastic mantle for holding all sorts of bold decorations.  A banner hung across this fireplace with the bride and groom’s names in gold.

This mantle held a variety of different decorations that blended perfectly with the theme, two sailboats sat right in the center ensuring that the nautical vibe was beautifully advertised. Anchor photo art was placed beside the boats in matching theme colors.  A neat addition to this mantle were several mason jars with teal tones that had ropes attached, giving a stylish and creative look that stood out.

To give the party a unique look, Alli put together fantastic boxes with anchor patterned fabric to hold large displays of lovely flowers.  Each box was precisely designed to go with this theme, creating a customized look that would be remembered.

For desserts, delightful sugar cookies iced in blue and shaped like anchors made a perfect addition to the party. There were also scrumptious cupcakes that matched the theme too!

An outdoor area was set up to eat food and this section matched the theme as well with a banner on one wall that had all sorts of different flags.  The guest tables were decked out with fantastic sailboat centerpieces and the dishware was a bold blue color to coordinate beautifully.

Winter (Christmas) Bridal Shower Ideas

Sometimes milestone life events can fall around the time of the holidays, and this makes for the perfect pairing of a fabulous way to celebrate just about anything. When you combine the beauty and whimsical ambience of winter, and the classic traditional feel of Christmas cheer, you can throw the most unforgettable event. A winter/Christmas bridal shower is full of fun and plenty of cheer—and you’ll never fall short on ideas or decorations!

Gather up an assortment of faux snow-dusted wreaths, mistletoe, miniature Christmas trees, and garland. This will pair perfectly with the pops of red that winter berries offer as décor and a sweet treat. Set up your guest tables with centerpieces of candle-filled jars that boast toile lace and wintery pine cones. Mix that look with guest name cards fit on maroon napkins with a mini wreath accent. Use fresh pine twigs, cinnamon sticks, and twine to create tons of looks for décor that stays perfectly in theme. Serve all food and beverage on beautiful log slices, and create copper mule inspired cocktails and charcuterie boards that are one of a kind. Don’t forget twinkling fairy lights and yummy scented candles to set the perfect scene for this Winter bridal shower. And of course, you can’t forget to send your guests off with a memorable favor or two, wrapped up with pretty winter bows and a cluster of happy mistletoe.

Moroccan Bridal Shower

This visually stunning Moroccan Bridal Shower was perfectly captured into eternity with the skill of Madison Rylee the party photographer. Every stunning detail was a work of pure perfection, creating a stunning special event for the bride-to-be.

Ornate decorations were infused into each section of the party, giving a cultured style that was as elegant as it was precise. A fantastic piece of window art welcomed the guests in an adorable calligraphy style, introducing the theme very sweetly.

The party was held outdoors on a vibrant day, allowing natural lighting to make each color of the theme to pop brilliantly. A large board with Moroccan graphics made a lovely backdrop for group photos.

A cute little booze cart was set up with tasty wine for the guests to enjoy along with adorable decorates including “Rose Babe” spelled out in red box letters.

A special table was set out for the guests to each write down their favorite memories of the bride, while not disclosing their identity so she would have to guess who wrote each one. This table was backed with a sweet little rack of photos of the bride through her childhood.

For the guest seating, refurbished pallets created the perfect low style table and throw pillows in a variety of styles were used for comfortable seating. The table had cute centerpieces with flowers and greenery to give a natural look.

Desserts were simple and sweet with cookies and cake for everyone to enjoy. The two layer cake was marvelously decorated in vibrant orange red tones, marble style on top and ornately detailed on the bottom. This was set on an elegant cake tray that was jeweled around the entire section too.
