Queen Tut Events & Design used this phenomenal Mad Hatter Bridal Tea Party theme to celebrate the special bride to be in a fresh and elegant manner. Bringing a contemporary touch to the the childhood classic, Alice in Wonderland, this tea party was definitely a smashing success.
Rather than using a rainbow of colors, singular vibrant tones were used to on black and white bases to really draw the eye. One fantastically unique bit of decor included a headboard being used as a backdrop to a lovely table. Set against a brilliantly yellow wall, the black and white details of the headboard really popped. The table used for this section was a wonderful black and white marbled wonder that gave a sophisticated touch. Set on it, all sorts of lovely decorations added to the Mad Hatter look like an ornate frame with an adorable little bit of writing rather than traditional artwork. Tall candlesticks held cute details like a yellow and white mushroom to blend with the theme perfectly. The choices offered at this table included delicious looking mimosas for the guests to enjoy.
The guest seating was immaculately done with rectangle tables decorated smoothly. White tablecloths set the stage for a lovely sprinkle of deep red color that was displayed through gorgeous bouquets of roses and fun playing cards. For an added Alice in Wonderland touch, the adorable glasses were tagged with “Drink Me.” Another decoration that really added to the theme were red and white mushrooms.
Outside to welcome the guests to this fun gathering a large sign was created that previewed the theme spectacularly. Arrows pointing in all directions were labeled with fun phrases emphasized the Mad Hatter way perfectly. Each was lined in bright red, adding a touch of color.
